Cameron Hood, who is the composer and half of the Ryanhood duo, is the child of church friends from my home congregation in Tucson, Arizona. My daughter Nicolette used to go to a daycare with Cameron and his brother and Cameron's mother ran the place. I hadn't seen him in years....and then about 4 years ago, his group started taking off.
