Song of the Day: We were lost

Mandi Moseley's 'we were lost' is fun.  Comes in with a minimal electric piano beat and swells.  It's lyrics are highly reflective of gospel themes.  What I REALLY like about it is that it comes from a 'works' theology.  (Too bad the Community of Christ new hymnal project missed this one.)

Song of the Day: Sleep

isn't it odd that we're all so ambivalent about sleep?  I know....it's that thing which - by definition - robs us of opportunities for conscious observation of this wonderful life.  this song is all about sleep but has a driving beat....

Song of the day: Dancing in the Moonlight

King Harvest is just about my favorite one-hit bands.   Their hit "Dancing In the Moonlight" always reminds me of the roadtrip two of my brothers and I took from Arizona to upper Indiana in February, 1973.
