Best line: "The busy-ness that I'm excusing is a drug that I'm abusing".

This song is a warning to not get caught in the trap of getting too busy.

This song is well crafted.  The music is very playful, while the lyrics are a real bummer....UNTIL you realize it's all about freeing yourself from the trap.  

The performer is Myla Smith and the song is "Slow Down", off her 2012 EP album "Drugs".
